Summer Camp

The summer camp program at North Hammock Stables is a great way to introduce children to horseback riding - or combine the fun of camp with developing advanced skills for the experienced rider! Campers learn the basics of horse grooming, tack and equipment care, along with riding skills in a great summer camp atmosphere. Each child will be evaluated at the beginning of camp and taught according to his or her skill level. Along with riding and theory, we have arts, crafts and games. Our day camp runs for three week-long sessions and we offer you the flexibility of attending one, two or three weeks.

Safety is always first at North Hammock Stables. Your child will learn proper riding technique and equipment care under the close supervision of our experienced instructors. Our staff includes a pediatric health care professional and all activities are carefully monitored. We hope you'll join us this summer and start a lifetime of good horsemanship.

• Session 3:   July 15th thru 18th

• Session 4:   July 29th thru Aug 1st

• Session 5:   Aug 5th thru Aug 8th

• Advanced Session Aug 12th thru Aug 15th

Price

• 5 four day sessions
• $300 per week
• Camp horse show with ribbons scheduled Friday's at 1:00 pm
